Consolidation clubs several orders from one buyer into one shipment. Five operational steps where most supply-chain nodes have two, touching buyers, sellers, ground ops, carriers and six-plus systems inside and outside the company.

Inherited a stalled charter with no funnel map and became its only PM. Built the plan from scratch: the capturable ceiling, the path to it, bottom-up sizing at every step.

Broke the funnel into its leakage points, each sized independently and mapped to a shippable fix. The instrumentation to see any of it did not exist, so I built it.

With engineering bandwidth gone, isolated the levers that needed no code and drove them operationally — a real slice of the cost reduction without a single release.
